ABOUT
Iris Fureidi is a Design studies graduate of the Holon Institute of Technology and holds a MA in Art History from Tel Aviv University.
Her steel sculptures deal with expressions of movement, change and transition. The interaction between the movement and its static expression is present in the choice of her subjects as well as in the creation itself.
She places emphasis on the definition of the empty gaps and spaces inside and around her sculptures . These spaces determine and express the movement of the air or the water.
