At Lemon Frame we take great effort in getting our artworks to you, as fast as possible.

Delivery time for all items purchased on the website consists of the production time of the item, plus the shipping time to the destination. As most artwork and items sold on the website are manufactured on demand, production time may vary between 7 to 14 business days. Thereafter, shipping time varies between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the country of destination.

Items purchased shall be delivered to the shipping address which you provide at the checkout of your purchase. Once the order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed. For any issues regarding the foregoing, we invite you to contact our Customer Service cs@lemonframe.com

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with an order confirmation number. Once the order is ready to be sent out for delivery, you will also receive an email with a shipping tracking number to track the status of the delivery of your order.

Lemon Frame cannot be held liable for any claim relating to delays in the delivery time of items purchased on the website. Please note that the time delays outlined on this page are estimates only.

The shipping fees on the website do not include any applicable local taxes that may vary according to the country of destination. The payment of any applicable local taxes remains solely your responsibility.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have

15-days to notify us to get a full refund for the entire purchase price of your print.

For original unique piece artwork, you have 7-days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.

To do so, please contact our customer service (+972-73-70-60000) who will provide instructions about the procedure.

Once we received your return, you have the following possibilities:

– receive a Lemon Frame gift card for the equivalent amount

– be reimbursed for your order

Artworks that are returned should be in perfect condition, in their original package, with all the protective materials. Lemon Frame will not reimburse items which are returned without the original packaging or which are returned in a damaged or unsuitable condition.

All international returns must be marked clearly on the outside with ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid import duty. Any import duty that is incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Please note we will not be responsible for items lost in transit during return.

The right to return a work is limited to two items per customer for a period of 6 months.

This return policy does not apply to products marked with an asterisk (*) or where indicated in the product description.

Please note that Lemon Frame does not reimburse the shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Return of Defective Item

If, upon inspection at reception of the item, you discovered that the item delivered is defective or does not correspond to your order, you can take advantage of returning the item on the spot with the courier company that delivered your item. You should then communicate with our customer service that same day in order to report the defect and receive instructions regarding the return shipment.

If the delivered item is damaged and the said damage is only discovered after signing for the receipt of the item, you have a period of two (2) business days to report the damage to our Customer Service. If you neglect to report a damaged item within this period, the right to return or exchange the purchased item is no longer valid.

Items which are returned due to a defect that occurred before the delivery, may be fixed, if possible, and returned to the purchaser if the purchaser so desires, in which case, Lemon Frame will pay for the shipping of the fixed item to the purchaser. Where an item cannot be fixed (as per Lemon Frame’s assessment), the item will be replaced free of charge and sent to the purchaser without any shipping fees.

Lemon Frame is not responsible for defects to items which are caused after delivery or which are caused by reasons of Force Majeure: in both cases, Lemon frame shall not refund the item and shall not pay for the return shipping of said defective items.

The Website offers, amongst other things, services of exhibiting, marketing, producing (including without limitation, printing, framing and mounting with diverse options regarding sizes and finishing), selling and distributing artwork, as well as other home design items, worldwide.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Website. Please read them carefully. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other policies or procedures related to the Website which Lemon Frame may publish. You may terminate your User Account by following the steps in your User Account under “Close Account”.

As you may use the Website to access and purchase Content owned by Content Owners, it remains your sole responsibility to obtain any and all legally required licenses, permissions and/or authorizations from the Content Owners for your further use of the said Content after your purchase thereof (together, “Content Owners Permission”).

Return of purchased item

Prints Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you dispose of a period of fifteen (15) calendar days to notify us of your request for a return.

To do so, please contact our customer service (+972-73-70-60000) who will provide instructions about the procedure. And then you will dispose of a period of seven (7) days to return to us your order.

Unique-piece Artwork Return Policy

From the day you received the original unique-piece artwork you ordered, you dispose of a period of seven (7) calendar days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.

To do so, please contact our customer service (+972-73-70-60000) who will provide instructions about the procedure. And then you will dispose of a period of three (3) days to ship out the artwork through a trackable delivery method and provide us with the tracking number.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within the requested delays or do not ship the works within three (3) days after informing us, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we received and checked your return, you have the following possibilities:

– receive a Lemon Frame gift card for the equivalent amount

– be reimbursed for your order

Please note that Lemon Frame does not reimburse the shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
