It is a continuation of the artist previous series 'Skins'. Both investigate the inner reality of humanity, each one in a different way.
The photographs reflect upon the choices we make in our outward appearance, and what they tell the world about our character. It is a series of contrasting portraits that investigates the animal within us: our personality and our way of being. It addresses different characters from an introspective point of view. According to the artist, 'the idea is to compile a series of human portraits that reveal the animal within us. Each animal representation provides the symbolic vision of an archetypal character, but leave the interpretation to the public about the many options that I bring to each image.'
Each limited edition photographic print is a museum quality archival pigment print produced on fine art paper, numbered and delivered with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
