Photography - Archival Pigment print
Passage was shot at Sadlers Wells Theatre, in London in February 2017, picturing the London-based dance company dotdotdot who are using flamenco as a medium to create innovative dance that challenges conventional perceptions, and explore how traditional flamenco can be expressed in a contemporary context. The piece was called “ I come to my body as question”. The image tries to convey one of the many stages of the female transformation into self.
