Blow Up Evgeny Merman
“Blow Up" (Dir. Michelangelo Antonioni, 1966)
The artwork is part of the artist's 'Billboard' series in which the original design and overall feeling of the vintage movie poster is "recycled" and re-interpreted, through the artist's own prism, creating an updated meaning and a new perception.
This unique painting has been conceived to give the feeling of vintage paper. For this reason, the painting on canvas is not mounted on stretchers and can be hanged directly on the wall with small nails.
